Введение

Тема моей контрольной работы - источники Соборного уложения 1649г. Соборное уложение - один из наиболее значимых нормативно-правовых актов эпохи 17 века. Непосредственной причиной его принятия стало восстание посадского люда в г. Москве. Вообще, середина 17 века была характерна многочисленными бунтами, мятежами - вспомним т.н. «медный» бунт, восстание под руководством С.Разина и т.д.  Народные волнения были вызваны не в последнюю очередь  злоупотреблениями чиновников, правительства, и несоответствием тогдашних законов изменившимся реалиям жизни.  В 1648 г. посадские обратились к царю с челобитными об улучшении своего положения и о защите от притеснений. В это же время свои требования царю предъявили и дворяне, которые считали, что их во многом ущемляют бояре.   Восстание посадских подавить удалось, но чтобы не накалять обстановку, приняли решение отложить сбор недоимок по налогам. В июле 1648г. царь Алексей Михайлович приказал Думе начать разработку нового законопроекта, который получил название «Уложение». Для работы над его созданием была учреждена комиссия, которую возглавил боярин князь Н.И. Одоевский. «И по государеву, цареву и великого князя Алексея Михайловича всея Русии указу, бояре князь Никита Ивановичь Одоевской с товарыщи, выписав ис правил Святых Апостол и Святых Отец, и из градских законов греческих царей, и из старых судебников прежних великих государей, и из указов блаженные памяти великаго государя, царя и великого князя Михаила Феодоровича всея Русии, и из боярских приговоров, и которых статей в прежних судебниках, и во указех прежних государей, и в боярских приговорех не написано, и те статьи написав вновь к государю приносили

Всего в этой комиссии приняло участие («руку приложили») 315 человек. В 1649г. комиссия завершила свою работу, и царь подписал законопроект, который и вошел в историю под названием «Соборное уложение 1649г.»

Само уложение состояло из 25 глав, включавших в себя 967 статей. Ввиду недостатка места ограничимся перечислением некоторых из них:
